# Voice AI

Tracking numbers, call records with transcripts, lead scoring and an AI receptionist for the active client.

> **Optional add-on**: Voice AI appears under Offsite SEO once it has been purchased from the Store for the active client.

Voice AI covers the phone side of a campaign: the numbers you advertise, the calls that come in, what was said, how good a lead each call was, and an AI receptionist that can answer when nobody else does. Five panels sit in the left rail and the panel you leave open is remembered.

## Call Tracking

The call log for the client, filterable by date range: last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month or all time. Calls can come from more than one source, and the log separates them: the platform’s own tracking, CallRail, and calls handled by the Voice AI agent. Each record carries the call details, its recording where available, and a transcript.

## Tracking Numbers

Where the phone numbers used in campaigns are provisioned and managed, each routed to the business line that should actually ring. Using a distinct number per placement is what makes the source of a call knowable.

## Leads

Callers treated as leads rather than as call records: who called, what they wanted and how the call was graded, so the sales follow-up has one list to work from.

## Lead Scoring

Scoring reads a call and grades it on three axes, and an interaction can also be scored on demand from this panel.

| Axis | Values |
| --- | --- |
| Lead grade | Hot, Warm, Cold, or Unscored. |
| Call quality | Excellent, Good, Needs Improvement, Poor, or Unscored. |
| Caller sentiment | Positive, Neutral, Negative, or Frustrated. |

The panel summarises the set, including how many hot leads came in, so the quality of the phone traffic is visible next to its volume.

## AI Agent

The AI receptionist that answers calls. It has an on and off switch, so it can be configured before it ever takes a call.

| Setting | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Agent Name | How the agent identifies itself, for example "AI Receptionist". |
| Voice | The voice the agent speaks with. |
| Greeting Message | The opening line on every call. |
| Agent Instructions | How it should behave and what it should and should not say. Instructions can be generated for you and then edited. |
| Max Call Duration | The cap on a single call. |
| Monthly Minute Limit | The cap on total minutes per month. |
| Area Code | Optional preference for the area code of the agent’s number. |
| Agent Active | Whether the agent answers calls. |

## Getting started

1. **Provision a number**: Open Tracking Numbers and create the number the campaign will advertise.
2. **Route it**: Point the number at the business line that should receive the calls, or at the AI agent.
3. **Place it**: Use that number on the campaign, landing page or listing you want to measure.
4. **Review the results**: Call Tracking for the calls and transcripts, Leads for follow-up, Lead Scoring for quality.

> **Recording and consent**: Call recording and transcription rules differ by location, so the client’s call disclosure should match the law where they operate.
