Added a full MCP section covering the planned Model Context Protocol layer on top of the agency REST gateway: connection config for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and hosted agents, a tool reference mapped one-to-one onto gateway reads and actions, prompt recipes, and the safety model.

Onsite, offsite, automation, agency, reporting and API pages were rewritten with numbered walkthroughs, field-by-field explanations, worked examples with realistic numbers and a "Common problems" table on the longer pages.
