Getting started

Workspace tour

The dashboard, client switcher, and the activity feed and alerts that tell you what needs attention.

Dashboard

The client dashboard opens on the numbers that move: ranking distribution, domain metrics over time, traffic and Search Console trends, task progress, published content, and a recent activity feed. The agency dashboard rolls the same signals up across every client you can see, as a card grid with summary metrics.

Treat the client dashboard as the first stop of any working session, not just a reporting screen. A glance at ranking distribution and the activity feed usually tells you whether today is a "keep going as planned" day or a "something needs attention" day before you open a single other page.

Client switcher

Switch clients from the header at any time. The page you are on stays the same, so you can walk the same screen across several clients without navigating back and forth. This is the fastest way to do a round of weekly checks, for example, opening Rankings for client A, switching to client B, then client C, without re-navigating each time.

Activity and alerts

  • Activity feed: who changed what, and every automated job that ran.
  • Anomaly alerts: ranking drops, lost answer-engine citations and crawl regressions.
  • Watchdog alerts: onboarding steps that stalled, jobs that failed, integrations that stopped returning data.

Tune your notifications

Turn off email for categories you already watch in the feed. Keep anomaly and onboarding alerts on, those are the ones that cost money when missed.

A realistic morning routine

  1. 1

    Scan the agency dashboard

Look over the client cards for anomalies or stalled jobs before opening individual workspaces.

  2. 2

    Open flagged clients first

Use the client switcher to jump straight to any client that needs attention, and check the activity feed for the specific failure.

  3. 3

    Clear the task queue

Approve or reject any AI-rewritten tasks waiting in Onsite SEO → Tasks for clients that are otherwise healthy.

  4. 4

    Check scheduled content

Confirm anything queued to publish today looks right before the scheduled job runs.
