Jack AI
The in-app assistant that can read the account and carry out platform work for the active client.
Jack AI is the assistant built into Aisoiq. It is not a documentation chatbot: it works on the active client’s real data and can run platform actions on request. Replies stream in as they are written, and each action Jack takes is shown in the conversation with its result.
Jack uses the selected agency and client as its working context, so choose the business first. The conversation persists for the session and is saved to History.
What Jack can do
Jack works through named tools, so a request turns into real work rather than a suggestion. The groups below cover what is available.

Using it

Select the business
Jack reads and writes against the active client, so confirm the selection before asking for work.

Ask for a specific outcome
Name the result you want, for example "write three blog posts about emergency plumbing and leave them as drafts", rather than asking a broad question.

Watch the actions
Each tool Jack runs appears in the conversation as running, complete or failed, with what it returned.

Review before anything ships
Generated content lands as drafts and tasks still need approval, so you keep the final say on what goes live.

Continue or start fresh
History reopens a saved conversation and can continue it. New Chat closes the current session, which stays in History, and starts a clean one.

Jack and the docs assistant are different
Jack AI inside the app works on client data. The Ask Jack assistant in these docs answers questions about the documentation and cites the pages it used.
