Workspace
Inventory
Score and rewrite product or vehicle listings, review listing analytics, and build the embeddable inventory widget.
Inventory is the workspace for clients whose site sells things: products, vehicles, packages or any catalog of listings. It has three panels in the left rail: Inventory, Analytics and Widget. Analytics and Widget need a synced catalog first, so they show a prompt back to the Inventory panel while it is empty.
Inventory panel
The catalog itself, with an SEO score for every listing. A score header at the top summarises the catalog: how many listings are strong, how many need work, and the overall grade. Each listing is scored on the things that make it rank: title quality, description depth, an image with alt text, a price and a working listing URL.
Finding the weak listings
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | The whole catalog. |
| Needs work | Listings scoring below the threshold. |
| Thin description | Listings with little or no description text. |
| No image | Listings missing an image. |
| No listing URL | Listings with nowhere to link to. |
| Rewrite ready | Listings with an AI rewrite waiting for approval. |
Sorting covers SEO score worst first or best first, price high to low or low to high, title A to Z, and recently added. You can switch between a table and a card view, and page through the catalog 24, 48 or 96 listings at a time.
Rewriting listings
- 1
Sync the catalog
Connect a store or feed so listings are pulled in, and use the resync control to pick up changes later.
- 2
Generate rewrites
Run AI on one listing from its detail panel, or in bulk across the listings that need work. Titles, descriptions and image alt text are generated using the client’s AI Training context.
- 3
Review the difference
Each rewrite is shown against the current text so you can see exactly what changes before anything goes live.
- 4
Approve and deploy
Approving a rewrite publishes it through the SEO script. Auto-deploy can be turned on so approved rewrites go live without a second step.
Supporting tools in this panel: a boilerplate editor for text that should appear on every listing, a gallery alt text panel for bulk image alt work, a tasks panel for the inventory work queue, and a downloadable inventory report.
Analytics panel
Listing-level performance, from the same first-party data the main dashboard uses: listing views, unique sessions, average time on page, bounce rate, conversions, conversion rate, conversion value and views per listing. It also shows how many listings have traffic against how many have none, plus breakdowns by device, country and new against returning visitors.
Widget panel
The inventory widget is an embeddable carousel of live listings for the client site. The builder is a set of tiles with a live preview: Inventory (what is in the catalog), Products (which listings are included), Theme and Settings.
| Area | What you control |
|---|---|
| Products | Category to draw from and how many listings to show. |
| Behaviour | Auto-scroll and its speed, navigation arrows, category tabs, and the gap between cards. |
| Card layout | Card style, width, image height, corner radius and hover effect. |
| Card content | Whether brand, description, badges, price and the call-to-action button show. |
| Call to action | Button text and colour. |
| Typography and colour | Font family, background and text colour, card background and border, price and brand colour, name and price sizes. |
- 1
Choose the listings
Pick the category and the maximum number of items the carousel should draw from.
- 2

- 3

The builder tracks unsaved changes, so save before leaving the panel.
- 4
